- You may require 3rd party insurance to cover your event
- The number of balloons inflated is an estimate only
- We do not warrranty balloons purchased outside our store and cannot guarantee float time
- Rental prices are firm and we do not offer refunds for early returns or unused helium
- Balloon Studio reserves the right to reclaim any helium tanks issued for rental at any time

- All Tanks come with a valve for latex balloons
- A security deposit might be required on all rentals.
- We are not responsible for balloons, supplies, or work done or purchased outside of our store.
- There are no refunds or credits on partially or unused tanks.
- All tanks require proper ID credentials and signature in the Rental Agreement
- Delivery and Pick UP is not included in the price above on Small or Medium Tanks.
- The number of balloons per tank specified on the table above refers to 10 to 12 inches.
- Never transport the tank with the valve attached. Damage will occur and the customer will be responsible for damages.
- To avoid leakage, CLOSE THE TANK VALVE WHENEVER NOT IN USE.
- The customer is responsible for any loss regarding helium or damage to the valve if miss - handled.
- Tanks will be delivered via elevators or up to a maximum of 3 stairs.
- Large $2,300.00 plus tax
- Medium. $1000 plus tax
- Small $600 plus tax.
- Valves $60 plus tax
USAGE WARNING:
- Do not allow anyone to breathe helium from cylinders or filled balloons.
- Do not open the cylinder valve before attaching a balloon regulator on the cylinder valve.
- Do not allow children or any unauthorized people to handle cylinders or use balloon filling equipment.
- NEVER LEAVE A CYLINDER UNATTENDED IN A PUBLIC AREA.
- Never use any balloon regulator, cylinder or valve fitting that is damaged, leaking or malfunctioning. Have the product repaired or replaced immediately.
- Do not drop, drag, tip over or roll the helium cylinder on its side.

Asphyxiation Hazard

cause unconsciousness and death without warning. Never inhale helium from balloons.
