ORDERING

You will need a computer or phone to place an order on our website. Simply add the products to your cart and proceed to check out for the next steps.
For any questions about our products, we are available through our online chat.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Once you place your order you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. We will also send you an email confirmation.

Make sure there are no mistakes in your email address. If you did not receive the email confirmation within 5 minutes, check your spam folder. (Especially for Microsoft accounts such as Hotmail, Live and Outlook)
 

Please contact us with your order confirmation number to make changes to your order. 
72 hours before your event and/or before we special order balloons for you, you can reschedule your event or be given a store credit. There will be no refund.

To cancel or change you MUST call the store and speak with a Balloon Studio Employee.
Please have your invoice number available. Email cancellations/changes will not be accepted.
If changes are made, the remaining balance will apply towards store credit.

There are no refunds for cancellations.
We warranty balloons only the day we make them, for pick ups or delivery we only replace the balloons and we do not offer refunds.

COVID-19 Policy update: We keep delivering orders, but at one point we may be enforced by City of Vancouver or BC Health Authorities to stop the business activity since we are not a essential business.
If that happens and you order has not been delivered, the amount paid for the order will be kept as credit for a future order. Our policy has no refunds.

Yes. Please have the order item ready when calling so we can assist you as best as possible.
For orders over the phone, the client must review the order and notify the employee for any mistakes made.
We are not responsible for any discrepancies, mistakes or misspellings over the phone.

We have over 1000 different types of designs, online ordering is recommended.
We also have a chat for assistance with an online order.

Any bouquet can be customized as long as the exchange is related to the color or shape of the same value.
For example, a baby bouquet can be turned into a happy birthday if you like the shape, color or items in the bouquet.
Balloons can be interchangeable between bouquets as long as they are the same price.

DELIVERY

Please select the delivery option at checkout. Make sure to enter your city and delivery address accurately. 

All locations have a minimum cost for delivery.

On the day of delivery, we will send a driver out to your specified delivery address. The driver will call you when they are outside the building. 

You can select a specific delivery time at checkout, additional fees may apply. If you do not see an option, please contact us. Some locations do not have custom delivery times due to the distance from the store.

We offer delivery to restaurants, hotels, military bases and cemeteries.

We are currently not delivering to hospitals at this time.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Deliveries will be made during regular business hours.

Some large balloon creations and services will be accommodated after or before business hours, the costs of which will be subject to approval of the client and Balloon Studio Team.

If the recipient is not at home when the Balloon Studio staff attempts a delivery, they will either:

Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)

Leave the gift-balloon bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient’s door with this information.

We DO NOT REDELIVER balloons.
Make sure to provide Unit number, buzzer number to contact the recipient. Due to the life of the balloons, it will be left taped to the entrance.
If this is not possible, the balloons will be returned to the store. The customer will need to pick up the balloons at the store during business hours.
Balloons delivered on Sunday will be left at the address as the store is not open Mondays.

We have transitioned to delivery-only service and no longer offer pick-up.
